Generates an ensemble of 20 random matrices of block diagonal form, with dimension 1764, 2352 and 720 respectively. Then it diagonalizes the matrices to find eigenvalues and eigen vectors and calculate ensemble average of different quantities (as a function of time) using these eigenvalues and eigenvectors.
