A two-ribbon 1b flare began at 0628 UT on March 3,1981 in the neighboured of Hale No. 17491 around a 'S' shaped filament.The maximum phase was reached at 0712 UT, thus exhibiting a case of slow rising flare was accompanied by radio emission, both at metric and decimetric bands
