This sequence of pictures illustrates fine seeing observations of the active region in H-alpha line centre. H-alpha +0.5A and H-alpha +1.0A at 0614 and 0618 UT respectively. Several bright points (Ellerman bombs) are clearly seen in the off-band picture. To the north-east of the active region a 1b- flare appeared as seen at 0827 UT frame. Notice the arch-shaped filament in the S-W direction, which clearly shows flow of material crossing over the penumbra and finally joining the umbra of A.
