We will send the room categories and prices quoted by these hotels on your email. Buses/cabs will be arranged to pick up the participants from their hotels and bring them to the venue. In case you are staying in the old city or south of Chetak circle, you will have to reach the designated pick up points for availing transportation. Participants will be dropped to their hotels in the evening.
