- Limited funds are available to provide partial support preferably to young scientists & participants from developing nations.
- Preference will be given to those who are able to arrange most of the support from their own sources.
- Registration Fee waivers can be partial (50%) or full.
- Accommodation, if supported by the LOC, will be on shared basis.
- Travel support within India will be actuals or 2nd AC train fare, whichever is lower.
- Travel requests for participants from outside India should clearly mention the round trip economy fare by shortest route from your place to Ahmedabad.
- Kindly note that due to the limited funding available not all the requested amount may be provided to an individual.
- The link for financial support request will appear on 5 June 2018 under My Activities menu for those who have submitted their abstracts by 4 June 2018 (23:59 IST / 18:30 UT).
